How I build
Four rules I keep coming back to, each worked out in a project.

Sort by what needs a person.
Signal Run Desk reads each agent’s state file and session log, then puts the one decision waiting on you at the top.

Feedback should point, not describe.
Redline attaches each note to the element itself, with the page context the reviewer saw, so nobody has to know what a detail is called.

Reference the file. Don’t copy it.
Relay stores a title, a file reference and the project link. The original stays in the team’s own Google Drive.

Rules belong on the server.
Nudge checks permission, notification preferences and a 24-hour cooldown before anything is sent. The client never decides.
